The Developing Services Housing Task Force has selected 'Bridges to Housing', a local agency, to pilot its creative and inclusive housing project aimed at those who suffer from developmental disabilities. Helping those with developmental disabilities live independent, fulfilling lives is part of Ontario's plan to encourage everyone to take part in their communities and the economy. This funding is only part of Ontario’s three-year plan to invest $810 million in community and developmental services.
“Our government is proud to support innovative projects in Toronto Center that will lead to greater independence and promote a higher quality of life for people with developmental disabilities in our community.”
— Glen Murray, MPP Toronto Centre.
